Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Use govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of KIHIKI PIERCE ("the Mall") and its users in connection with all services provided through this website.

Article 2 — Definitions

• "Mall" refers to the KIHIKI PIERCE online store operated by KIHIKI.
• "User" refers to any person who accesses the Mall and uses its services.
• "Member" refers to a User who has registered an account.

Article 3 — Membership

Users may apply for membership by completing the registration form and agreeing to these Terms. Membership becomes effective upon the Mall's approval. Members must keep their account information accurate and up to date.

Article 4 — ID & Password

Members are solely responsible for managing their ID and password. Members may not share credentials with third parties. Any unauthorized use must be reported to the Mall immediately.

Article 5 — Purchase & Payment

The Mall offers the following payment methods: credit/debit card, account transfer, and other electronic payment methods. No additional fees are charged for payment processing.

Article 6 — Delivery

Goods will be dispatched within 7 business days of order confirmation. If payment is completed in full prior to dispatch, delivery will be processed within 3 business days. The Mall will notify users of shipping progress.

Article 7 — Returns & Cancellations

Users may cancel or return orders within 7 days of receipt in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Returns are not accepted if goods have been used, damaged by the user, or if packaging has been discarded. Piercing jewelry that has been worn cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Article 8 — User Obligations

Users shall not: register false information, use another person's identity, alter Mall content, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in any conduct that disrupts the Mall's operations.

Article 9 — Intellectual Property

All content produced by KIHIKI PIERCE — including images, text, and design — is the property of KIHIKI. Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

Article 10 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts in accordance with the Civil Procedure Code.
